Anahita Jafarzadeh Ghazi

Chief Accounting Officer

Anahita, a dedicated professional with a background in financial economics.
Previously, she worked as an accountant, managing financial matters with precision and expertise.
In 2021, she came to the Maxilla Dental family as a part-time receptionist, but her commitment and passion for the role led to my transition into a full-time position.
She takes pride in providing excellent financial support and assistance to patients, and also handles the accounting and financial aspects, ensuring the smooth operation of the practice.
With a combination of financial acumen and exceptional patient care, she strives to contribute to the success and growth of Maxilla Dental.

Ela Erdogan

Office Manager

Ela studied Business Administration in Turkey, graduating from Ankara University in 2020.
Moved to Canada in 2021 for Post-Graduate degree at Marketing Management & Professional Sales at Lambton College Toronto.
Joined the Maxilla Dental team as a part-time receptionist and gained experience from the beginning of administration.
With the full support of the team, she was promoted as Office Manager.
She coordinates treatment plans with patients, discusses treatment options and payment plans for major procedures, follows your treatment very closely with dentists and hygienists.
She assists you with Turkish, English and Persian.

Elif Usta

Schedule Coordinator

Elif graduated from the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Istanbul University. Living in Canada since 2018 and enjoying the Toronto city life. Elif has been working at Maxilla Dental since 2022. She is an extremely organized and very kind person. This helps her to excel at her job of assisting our patients to organize their schedules. Our patients return at least every six months for routine dental cleanings and check-ups. Elif has been known to send out and reply to hundreds of emails each week to assist our patients with scheduling. She is available to provide assistance and details in English and Turkish.

Gizem Sivrikaya

Office Manager

Gizem is a biologist and she has a MBA degree in Business Administration. She lived in London/ UK for a while and studied Marketing Management at University of Wales of Further Education. She started her career with local pharmaceutical companies. For the next 10 years she has worked in managing positions for global companies headquartered in Germany and Netherlands. She has expertise in marketing, pharmaceutical industry fields, crisis management, customer relationship, team management, and clinical research. She joined our family in 2019. She is coordinator, timeworker and researcher with 14 years of experience in result-oriented, ethic and highly dependable. Used technological developments, current affairs and studies to improve personal skills. She is here to help you to solve all detailed issues with your treatment protocols.

Isil Mumcu

Office & Marketing Manager

Isil has a BA degree in Communication and Advertising. She lived in Oxford/ UK for a while and studied Marketing at Oxford College of Further Education. She started her career with media, advertising agencies, and NGOs. For the next 15 years she has worked in managing positions in two global luxury cosmetic companies headquartered in the US. She has expertise in marketing, luxury brands, crisis management, social media & digital communication, customer relationship, team management, and reputation management. She believes dental health services must be delivered with a haute couture approach. Isil lives in Toronto with her family. Her experience prior to Maxilla Dental Group includes working in administration of multiple dental offices in Toronto. These days, she is expecting you at Maxilla Dental Group for a unique service that puts her extensive corporate experience to use.

Niloufer Pourziaei

Office Manager

Niloufer has been in the operation field for over 16 years.
As all of our patients know, she is always friendly, always happy, and always smiling! Her attention to detail, ability to multitask, and exceptional customer service contributes to her amazing ability to run an efficient yet friendly office.
Niloufer is always knowledgeable and helpful.

As the office manager, she oversees our entire team, and her goal is to make sure the office runs smoothly, and that every patient leaves happy and smiling.
She joined our family in July, 2022. She is giving service at Yonge Location with Persian and Turkish languages.

Turku Sal

Schedule Coordinator

She graduated from the Philosophy Department within Uludag University, in Turkey.
She has been living in Canada for 2 years and working as a receptionist in our Maxilla family.
She can assist the patients in both English and Turkish and her spectacular interpersonal skills allow her to connect with patients of all ages.
Her quick thinking and problem solving skills are one of the reasons the clinic can run smoothly.
Her dedication to putting the patients first matches the company motto and she always makes sure the patients leave the door with a happy face.
