
Dr. Behnam Bohluli
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Dr. Bohluli is considered internationally as a leader in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
During his 20+ year career, he has performed more than 4,000 major, complex oral and facial surgeries, in addition to several thousand minor surgeries.
Dr. Bohluli is especially interested in managing complicated surgical cases.
He believes that a successful, comprehensive procedure can be indispensable in achieving the patient’s goals.
In addition to his busy clinical practice, he is actively involved in academia and scientific research.
He has frequently lectured at international meetings.
His scientific efforts have led to 44 publications in renowned surgical journals and 40 book chapters, commonly referenced in this field.
In addition, he serves as a reviewer in many high-ranking surgical journals and has recently edited and co-edited three major textbooks.
Dr. Bohluli taught at the University of Toronto for seven years. He has integrated international surgical concepts with those utilized in North America.
Moreover, he has the honor of being certified by three prestigious North American boards – the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery, the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and the Canadian Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Mahtab Nouri
Orthodontist
Dr. Mahtab Nouri is an esteemed orthodontist with an impressive academic background, extensive clinical experience, and a passion for providing exceptional dental care.
She is a highly accomplished and experienced orthodontist with a DDS and Master of Science in Orthodontics from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Tehran, where she ranked as the top student in her class.
With 26 years of experience as a faculty member, she has become a full Professor in the Orthodontic Department at SBMU.
Dr. Nouri is a published author in various scientific orthodontic journals and is dedicated to innovation in her field.
She is also a founder of the Iranian division of the International Association of Dental Research.
Dr. Nouri made history as the first Iranian female president of the Iranian Association of Orthodontists in 2012 and is also a fellow of the International College of Dentistry.
She has seen the evolution of orthodontics first-hand through her 26 years of teaching and private practice in Iran.
In 2018, Dr. Nouri was accepted into the University of British Columbia’s Dental Specialty Assessment and Training Program, one of only three students accepted annually in Canada, and successfully completed an equivalency process to obtain her license to practice orthodontics in Canada.
